Prunner Luxury Suites

After two nights at Villa Helvetia with the Prunner family, we had the pleasure of spending one more night at this wonderful boutique hotel. It has a great location and stunning mountain views, reflected in the hotel and pool along with the lake in front. The rooftop infinity pool is astonishing, and the room design and chic details feel luxurious, all at a very affordable price. Thanks again, Csilla and Franz, for a fantastic stay. We'll definitely come back.

Waking up with those beautiful mountains all around is a special experience. The owners welcome guests so warmly, and the place itself is stunning. Breakfast was lovely, with freshly prepared local organic food. We found the infinity pool and spa amazing, and can't find enough words for this paradise. Perfect for a truly relaxing trip. We'll be back!

The rooftop infinity pool was an absolute highlight, and the mountain views were breathtaking. Csilla and Franz Prunner have set a new standard for hospitality, and their passion as hosts really shows. The suites are spacious, stylish, modern, and well equipped. The hotel is small and very luxurious, but still warm and cozy. I've stayed at plenty of boutique and 5-star hotels while traveling, and this place felt special enough to deserve 6 stars. The sauna lounge had snacks and a drinks bar included in the price. Breakfast was varied and made with healthy local products. We also got excellent hiking and restaurant tips. Thanks, I'll definitely return.

The owner's eye for detail shows everywhere, and the artistic interior design is stunning. The bathroom beats many hotel rooms, and the first shower felt like heaven. The bedroom and living room are huge, with breathtaking views across the valley and Meran village from the rooms and balcony. The house has been completely renovated, including air conditioning, lighting, and electric shutters. The owner has a master's degree in interior design. Up on the roof, the infinity pool is insanely beautiful. Like the Austrians, they serve delicious treats in the afternoon. Breakfast is just as good, with fresh local produce daily, and they cater for vegans too. The spa is great, especially the dry floating bed, which I'd recommend before a massage. Those 10 minutes were so good I wish I'd done it every day instead of waiting until the last one. There were plenty more highlights. This is the only hotel we've ever experienced where everything, from soup to nuts, is perfect. We were welcomed by name before we even got through the door. We drove into the garage, which is included at no extra cost, and Julia helped with our bags and took them straight to the room. The paperwork could wait, we could arrive first.
