Breakfast is always delicious, and the owners are incredibly friendly. The rooms are very well kept, with recently renovated bathrooms. There's a heated indoor pool as well as a small outdoor one, and plenty of restaurants close by thanks to the central location. Highly recommend. The price for what you get is excellent right now.

The Walder family gave us great tips and support, and the town center and bus stop are conveniently close. After hiking the whole Marlinger Waalweg trail, that bus stop was especially useful. My daughter and I spent a week hiking over Easter and had a lovely vacation without any fuss. We had a beautiful view, a lovely room, and an excellent breakfast. The evenings brought gorgeous sunsets and several pleasant meals with other vacationers. We’ll definitely come back. :-)

The Walder family were always exceptionally polite and helpful. We loved warming up in the sauna in the evenings, and the extensive breakfast buffet had everything we could want. The hotel's location is excellent and the view breathtaking. We were very satisfied with the hotel and our room, which was spotless, as was the bathroom.

The view from our room over Merano and the nearby peaks was unforgettable. We stayed for a week at this lovely property, just steps from the center of Scena. For us, it’s a typical mountain hotel and an excellent three-star. The spacious, comfortable rooms were always clean, and the simple breakfast was delicious, with sweet and savory options. The location made it easy to explore the area and reach excursions using the nearby cable cars. The staff were all kind and helpful, especially Franz and his wife, who made us feel incredibly welcome. There’s also a small spa, with an always-clean indoor pool and a beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the view.
