I had to cancel because of health reasons and hoped the owners might be understanding. They stuck to the cancellation policy, kept the deposit I’d paid and offered it only as a credit. I felt a 50/50 solution would have been fair. Given the circumstances, I don’t want to use that credit, so I’m giving up the money altogether. What was especially disappointing was that there seemed to be no room for a real compromise in my personal situation. Friendly words don’t replace actual customer care or a human connection. A very frustrating experience, and I can’t recommend this accommodation.

A great holiday apartment with upscale amenities: pool, underground parking, an elevator, and a balcony facing south.
