The only possible drawback is that the building isn’t easy to spot from the street, though a quick look around it makes it easy to find. I booked the apartment through Booking.com for one night, and found it very nice, clean, and equipped with every comfort. If you need somewhere to stay in the area, don’t hesitate.

We used Schio as our base for hiking the 52 Tunnels Road, about a half-hour drive from the apartments. The residence is new and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a little trouble locating it since there’s no sign yet, but otherwise everything was fine.

The balcony has a wonderful view of the Piccolo Dolomiti mountains. The apartment is easy to reach, very clean and well kept, with new furniture and all the utilities we needed. Our host was very kind and welcoming, and gave us useful tips about nearby attractions like Strada delle 52 gallerie and Asiago. There’s free video-surveilled parking on site, or paid parking in the basement.

These apartments are welcoming, very clean, and work well for either a business or leisure trip. Since the building is so recently constructed, it may simply be that there’s no sign or other information on it yet. Without that, it can be confusing to figure out where the residence is.

It’s a shame, because the lady who manages the apartments is very kind. The building near the hotel looks nice, but the apartments seem dated, and some are damaged inside. The hallways smell of smoke, with most guests apparently being company workers passing through.
