The restaurant has a great selection, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great hotel, and the rooms are very comfortable apart from the pillows, which are so flat and unsupportive. That’s the only reason I gave the rooms a 4.

I always enjoy coming here for dinner and breakfast. There’s plenty of parking, and the food is excellent. The hotel is a little far from the centre, though some people may prefer that. From what I’ve seen, it seems more set up for corporate guests than families, with work-ready rooms, free Wi-Fi and parking, and most restaurant tables intended for one or two people.

Getting here from the airport was easy since the hotel sits just outside the main city. The rooms are lovely and clean, but I was disappointed there are no irons, only an ironing service that usually takes a day. There are no USB ports in the rooms for charging devices either. If you need a taxi to the airport, book it a day ahead.

The Alps are right outside Schio, with magnificent views, and the town itself is industrial but really beautiful. The restaurant was excellent. I slept well, though the beds felt a bit too low for me. One odd thing, there were no ice machines, and drinks weren't served with ice either.

The bedroom windows had a lovely view, and the place was clean and nice. I really missed having an iron and tea and coffee facilities while travelling. The restaurant was very good too, both the food and the service.
