Baglio dei Mori

We spent two weeks here as a family, and the apartment had plenty of room, tasteful furnishings, and all the comforts we needed. The historic residence is beautifully restored, and the shared spaces were consistently tidy and fresh-smelling. It’s well placed for the beach and town center, and a useful base for visiting the main Baroque towns of southwestern Sicily. Eleonora, the young and enterprising manager, was attentive and always available with answers, information, and tips about local attractions. Highly recommended! Alessandra

Eleonora was especially kind and helpful, checking in more than once to see how things were going and whether we needed anything. My partner and I stayed a few nights in a comfortable, well-kept room. The whole property is elegant, clean, and clearly cared for. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend it.

The beach is about a five-minute walk away, and the room was huge, comfortable, and had all the comforts we needed, including a very good bed. We stayed for a few days in this lovely old building, beautifully renovated. The young manager was friendly and happy to answer our questions. I think her name was Eleonora. We’ll be back!

The courtyard and garden were a lovely place to relax, and both the beach and town center are walkable. We were a couple traveling with our young daughter, and found the spacious room clean and fresh, with an elegant, roomy bathroom. The historic baglio has been renovated beautifully. Eleonora was friendly and full of helpful suggestions; if you need anything else, just ask, and she’ll do what she can to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended.
