We stayed in June, and everything was impeccable. Teresa had thought of what her guests might need, with a level of care I've never found in a home or hotel. The location is fantastic, and the small place is efficient, comfortable for three, and welcoming. There's a lovely terrace over Scicli's rooftops, just steps from the square, plus free parking under the house. Teresa shared useful tips on what to see and where to eat, and Baqqualà restaurant was excellent. I don't usually leave reviews out of laziness, but Teresa deserves the praise. Casa Mari Fer sits in Scicli's picturesque historic center, and I found it convenient for parking and getting around on foot. That's not a given here, since many streets are so narrow that you have to park far from the apartments. The home has everything you need, is very clean, and offers excellent value. It's modern and renovated, arranged over two levels: downstairs there's a studio with a bathroom, kitchen, and double bed; upstairs there's a small loft room with a queen-size bed and a splendid terrace with a picture-perfect view. It also has a washing machine, small stovetop, and sink, making the terrace a lovely spot for romantic dinners or aperitifs. The owner was delightful, although I didn't meet her in person because check-in and check-out were self-service. As a host myself, I give Teresa top marks; her welcome and hospitality show in every detail. I adored her! It's ideal for a couple. The neighborhood is lively, but somehow very quiet, a nice fit for a relaxing break away from the busy streets with crowded bars, restaurants, pedestrians, and cars. For the more adventurous, there are lots of alleys and narrow lanes climbing the hillside right outside, and you can walk up to the Church of San Matteo at the top of the city. I did it and highly recommend it, with unique photo opportunities along the way. Via Francesco Mormino Penna is about 350 meters away, just a few minutes on foot. It's known for the Montalbano Police Station and has lovely bars and restaurants, including the Millennium, which I highly recommend. The churches and buildings are splendid too, and I recommend visiting them as an art lover. I'll gladly return.

The owner is friendly and generous, always attentive to customers' requests. This comfortable house in the heart of Scicli's oldest neighborhood is surrounded by picturesque alleys and stairways. It has every comfort and a wonderful terrace where you can relax or have a meal. Delicious.

There's a breathtaking panoramic terrace, and the apartment is cozy with everything you need, even a hair straightener. The owner is friendly, and the place is close to the town center. Recommended.
