Giostemar Rooms - Playa Grande

At the time of booking, they showed us a room with a view, but the room we got had no balcony, just a baglio where the light came in. The bathroom was tiny and had no bidet. The wifi didn't work, and only after four days of trying did they manage to get it working, so we had it for a while. The air conditioning blew straight onto the bed and we couldn't sleep. There wasn't staff available around the clock. We ended up leaving early. I expected better.

What a fairytale! The location is gorgeous, really close to the sea and not far from other seaside towns. Everyone we met was so welcoming and lovely, from the cleaning lady to Sciana at the front desk. The room was spotless and had all the comforts we needed. A fantastic stay, and we'll definitely come back for another holiday. Thanks for everything!

We could hear every sound from the neighboring room because the connecting door was so thin. Apart from that, our room was well kept, and the setting was lovely, just a few meters from the sea between Donnalucata and Marina di Ragusa.

We had a roomy, clean place to stay, and the staff were really friendly. There was parking too, which made for an easy beach break. We'd happily come back.
