We had a lovely stay. The room looked out over the harbor, and the location worked really well for the restaurant side of Scilla. Finding the B&B was a bit of an adventure, though. There are no signs, and even the door buzzer isn't labeled; luckily a neighbor sent us the right way. We parked by the beach on the other side of town, then walked about ten minutes, which was no trouble for my son and me. In the morning, the owner and his wife brought warm croissants and yogurt and made cappuccino for us on the balcony of their beautiful home. Scilla also had one of the best beaches we visited in Italy and Calabria.

Hot water in the shower was great. This is a lovely little B&B right by the sea, run by a very kind Italian couple. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the water is such a beautiful setting.

We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the incredible views from the rooms. The B&B is in Scilla's old fishing village, a short walk from the beach and up the steps to the main town. Our hosts, a lovely Italian couple, made sure we had what we needed and served breakfast overlooking the ocean each morning. Everything was clean and modern. Grazie mille Il Porticciolo ❤️

Cosima and Michele were so kind, and breakfast with the bay spread out below you on their roof terrace was a lovely way to start the day. Cosima doesn't speak English, but we managed with Google Translate, and Michele speaks some English. The room was spotless and roomy enough, with a little balcony where I could sit and even see and hear the sea from bed. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was good quality. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean, with a strong shower and steady hot water. The B&B is in Chianalea, the most atmospheric part of Scilla. There's parking near the marina, and it's a flat fifteen-minute walk from the train station, ten minutes to the beach, and five minutes to the pretty restaurants over the sea and quiet wine bars in Chianalea.

The room was comfortable and absolutely immaculate, and breakfast on the sunny balcony overlooking the sea was a lovely finishing touch. Mrs Cosima and her husband run the B&B expertly and are delightful hosts. The location is excellent, with a sea view, the harbour a minute away with free parking, and local attractions easy to reach.
