Loved every minute here. The house is beautiful, and so is the surrounding area. The owner is great, and I'll come back next time I'm in Tuscany.

The owners are really nice, and the owner speaks French. It's a beautiful natural setting, with guest rooms sharing the bathroom and kitchen, which gives it a friendly, home-like feel. But the campsite is in a very damp wooded spot, and as we were in a van or 4x4, we had to stay in the property's parking lot. There's no washing machine, barely any Wi-Fi, and the bathroom cleanliness is very questionable. Most of all, €35 a night for camping in a parking lot with few amenities or services, and poor cleanliness, is far too expensive. I don't want to be harsh about a place with a lot of potential that seems to be just getting started, but some things need serious improvement.

We had a fantastic five days camping with our girls, who had a blast. The wooded setting is lovely, quiet, and cool even on hot days, and the bathroom was spacious, spotless, and well kept. Massimo was kind and happy to point us toward places to visit. It's an excellent base for reaching the sea, spa, and mountains. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely come back!

The owner's very friendly, and the rooms are well looked after. The property sits in greenery near a little stream. We had a great experience!
