We got a friendly, kind welcome. The price seemed in line with what was offered. The location is just outside Rome, about 15 km from the highway entrance. The room was simple and not too small, with a TV and air conditioning but no mini-fridge. The private bathroom had a very large, comfortable shower. Breakfast was homemade, with juices, pre-packaged pastries, and pods for hot drinks. A suggestion for the host: breakfast would be easier and more convenient if there were a dedicated station, perhaps using that nice wooden cabinet by the counter, instead of bringing the products to one table and then carrying them over to the next. Same price and same food, but it would make a much better impression.

The owner welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind. The property is nice and quiet, though we could only find it using GPS. The rooms were clean enough but not well equipped, with just hand soap and half a roll of toilet paper. Breakfast was very meager: a few 25g individual packs of toast, jam, and Nutella, a couple of juices, one already opened, plus milk and coffee if requested. Also, it’s 12km from Rainbow Magic Land, not the 6km advertised.

I spent two days at Bruno’s a few months ago. It was clean, tidy, and peaceful, and Bruno and his wife were both very kind and friendly. I’d highly recommend it to anyone after a welcoming, comfortable place just a stone’s throw from Rome.

I booked through Booking.com, a prominent search engine, after seeing photos of a pool and gourmet dishes. When I arrived, I found that the pool was on the manager’s property and unavailable to guests who booked a stay. Then, at 9:30 PM the day after booking, I got a call saying my stay was only for the purpose of being told certain services wouldn’t be available because of COVID-19. Unbelievable. From the reviews I’ve read, this has been going on for more than a few years. I hope my review can help stop such poor service.
