The person running this clean, bright little hotel was excellent, quick to respond, and very helpful. It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near Linate airport, making it an easy place to stay when you need a simple ride to the airport. Make sure you've been in touch with the staff before arriving so they can send the entry codes. I'll definitely stay here again.

Check-in closes around 4:00pm, and being even a little late can leave you stuck. My flight was delayed by about 30-40 minutes, and nobody was available when I got there. The published phone number was wrong and didn't get me anywhere. I had to pay for Uber and book another hotel. Never again.

The staff at reception were friendly and kind, and our room was clean and ready when we arrived. The rooms at Grandi32 are spacious, with big comfortable beds, modern furniture, air conditioning, and fast wi-fi. It's easy to spot thanks to its distinctive modern exterior. The hotel is in a quiet, friendly area near Linate airport, around 30 minutes by car from Milano city center.

A great choice for a short stay in Milan, with lovely service and good vegetarian breakfast options. The manager was very kind and accommodating, especially in a country where I've encountered rude people and cheats. Highly recommend.

I booked a room the same day and specified that we needed two beds. Reception later said they couldn't provide them, but didn't reply when we asked to cancel.
