Avoid. The listing was inaccurate, the price was high, basic supplies were missing, amenities were broken, information was contradictory, and help was hard to get. We stayed for three days. The place was clean and functional, but it wasn’t as advertised: it is not ski on/off. Despite the listing saying there were two full beds, bring your own pillows if more than one person is staying. There was no soap or shampoo, and no basic cooking supplies, not even oil or salt. The sauna didn’t work. Most keypads and entry systems took two or three tries, sometimes four or more. The PDF they send was the only communication and was confusing. For example, it said the spa was open from 5 to 7, while the signup sheet offered slots from 4 to 8, and signs in the house contradicted the PDF. When we asked staff, they seemed confused and kept pointing us to the wrong information. There was no one on site to help, only phone or text. Replies took over a day, which is pretty bad on a three-day stay. When we complained, staff said they couldn’t do anything and that they’d never had a problem before.
