Vincenzo, the caretaker, is always kind and incredibly helpful. The views are breathtaking, and it’s handy for both the center and the slopes. I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and now I bring my kids too. A guarantee!

From here you can head straight out to the various summer shelters, and the grounds are green and beautiful. This private residence has several apartments for rent and a caretaker who lives on site year-round in an assigned apartment. It sits in the upper part of the village, in the sunny, south-facing Daunei area, with a lovely view over Selva. One of the most beautiful spots in Selva, and a truly privileged location.

Its closeness to the slopes makes this a comfortable, very strategic place to stay. The building could use an update, though.

The condominium owners and the caretaker are polite and kind. It’s also very conveniently located for getting to both the center and the Nives slopes.

The Dolomites surrounding Selva make for a splendid view.
