We left early because we could hardly sleep. The double bed had no mattress protector, and we could feel every spring in the innerspring mattress. The cot in the living room was very narrow and not really suitable for sleeping. The apartment was very run-down. There was no sofa bed despite the listing, even though we booked for four people. It had a double bed and a cot in the living room, so I don't know where the fourth sleeping place was meant to be. There were only the bare essentials, no sun loungers or even a parasol. The bedroom door was broken, and there was no key for the bathroom. The terrace could have been nice, but the furniture was so old it left stains.

The view was fantastic, and the place felt welcoming and comfortable. What made it special was the courteous, friendly hostess, Mrs. Manuela. Her kindness really made us feel at home.
