Luxury Chalet Plazola

What made this place feel so special was Verena. She’s warm and friendly, always seems to be around, and replies straight away to email or WhatsApp if she isn’t. She helped us book the best tables in town, brought fresh milk from her farm in the morning, and was always ready with advice. We felt as if we were staying at a friend’s home, which is rare these days. Many thanks, Verena, you’re doing a wonderful job. We spent one week in a 1BR apartment and another in a 2 BR, and both were modern, beautifully designed, and comfortable, with everything we needed and none of the usual cheap ski apartment fittings. The views over town and the mountains were stunning. The chalet’s private spa felt luxurious, was meticulously clean, and was almost always empty. The location was good too, close to town and the lifts. For a comfortable, friendly apartment, this is hands down the best place to stay.

We spent a week here over New Year as a family of six, and the location made it easy to get to the lifts and walk into Selva for bars, shops, the supermarket, and restaurants. Verona was super friendly, and the apartments were sparkling clean each day. There was plenty of space, and the kitchen was well equipped. It ticked all our boxes.

Verena, the host, was wonderful. The views, location, and beautiful place made it a fantastic stay. 10/10.

The apartment had a beautiful view and was comfortable and well equipped. Service was attentive and friendly. It’s in Selva di Val Gardena, just a few minutes’ walk from the center, with its supermarket, shops, and good restaurants, though the place itself isn’t right in the middle of town.
