We’ve come back with family and friends more than once, and Bianca and Stefano are always there with a warm welcome. It’s a family-run place, about a minute’s walk from the slopes, with roomy, comfortable rooms and inviting shared spaces. The staff take great care of you, and dinner is good local food that sets you up well for the next day. On one visit I had a fall on my skis and spent my last three days recovering with limited mobility. They helped me get around and looked after me really well. Well done, Fam. Novelli.

The Novelli family were so welcoming, and it’s easy to see why so many guests return. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the food was great, and the service was excellent. The location also worked perfectly for getting to the slopes and ski school.

The owners were so helpful, even when my iPhone died and I needed help sorting it out. We stayed for 5 nights and felt at home. The room was spacious and, most importantly, clean. The hotel is cozy, with a good breakfast, a great spa that I believe was renovated fairly recently, and a handy ski room. There’s parking too, and the ski slope that goes to the main lift is just 30 meters away. If it looks fully booked or you can’t find them on booking, try emailing them. That’s what we did. We’ll be back. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious. Dinner keeps changing, but the dishes stay just as good in taste and presentation. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the hotel has a lovely homely feel. I’d highly recommend this charming place.
