Hotel Garni Dolomié

We were here for three nights in July. The location was amazing, and the rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast had quite a lot to choose from. Everything was great.

The best part of our week was the service. Lucia was incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling and happy to chat, and she helped us with bookings and advice. We all loved her. The two women at breakfast were very nice too. Our bedroom had stunning mountain views and sunrise, and our daughters were comfortable in the room next door. The hotel feels new, with lots of well-planned storage, and was super clean. Thank you Dolomieu and Lucia for an unforgettable week in this beautiful place in the world. Hopefully we'll be back next year 🙏🏻

The room was very spacious, and room 403 had wonderful views. It had a sauna in the suite, plus a tub where you could see the stars. The wellness center and pool were excellent, as were the cleanliness and the customer service at breakfast. There was a nice garage available. My only suggestion would be to add a kettle for tea, a coffee machine, and a minibar in the room.

We've stayed here before and liked the location, so this time we invited friends along. We'd emailed to say we'd arrive early and asked about checking in ahead of time. The hotel said it might be possible, but when we got there, it wasn't. With nowhere to wait, we joined our friends, who had checked in two days earlier, while they finished breakfast. We didn't order anything because breakfast was closing, but our friends asked the waiter to bring us tea. At checkout we were charged 10€ for it, and nobody had told us during breakfast that this basic tea would cost that much. Charging returning guests who had also brought friends for the cheapest tea feels ridiculous. As a business owner myself, I find it a very low form of hospitality. We were disappointed by the staff service this time and won't stay here again.
