The hotel is also a stop for the ski bus, which was a nice bonus. We just got back from the Dolomites, and this place made the trip wonderful. The food was delicious and plentiful, the service outstanding and incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean and just right for our needs. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

From the moment you arrive, it feels like staying with friends who own a really fancy house. We loved our time here and desperately wished we'd stayed longer. The service, food, location, rooms, and attention to detail were impeccable. We can't figure out how this hotel is rated three stars. The staff are what really set it apart from most hotels, an amazing group who are passionate about their business and making sure you enjoy every minute. If it weren't so far from NZ, we'd come back every year!

We stayed in a family suite with our 1.5-year-old, and they prepared a bed for her. The staff warmed up meals for us at lunch and dinner, and the hotel also had high chairs. The food was amazing, our room was clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We only used the sauna in the wellness area, but it was really nice and available every day. I can only recommend this place.

Our first visit to the Dolomites has already turned into plans to return. The location worked brilliantly for skiing, with Col Raiser about a five-minute walk away and access toward Seceda and the trekking paths. Sassolungo looked incredible from the hotel. We loved the family-friendly touches, from the garden, sunny lounge and games for the kids to the underground parking. We didn’t get to try the wellness area, though it looked amazing. Room 101 was spacious and had a great view, and housekeeping cleaned daily, even changing a sheet after our youngest had an accident without us needing to ask. The food was a highlight, from a breakfast buffet with plenty of choice to four-course dinners with a salad buffet, cooked by the hotel owner. The staff were kind to all of us, and Alvin was an especially good waiter. There was also a wide range of tasty gins at the bar. We’re hoping to come back next summer, and maybe in winter too. Thank you, family Demetz, for everything ❤️
