The ski room is a long haul from the room, with elevators, floor changes, and a lot of walking while carrying equipment through the building. The lockers are tiny, so fitting everything means stacking gear like LEGO. The boot warmers barely worked throughout our stay. For a hotel that costs over €800 a night for a family, I expected at least a towel change every couple of days or one room cleaning during our stay. We got neither. The beds are very basic, below IKEA level, and the thin single blankets were uncomfortable for a couple. Almost everything seems to cost extra: pool access needs a reservation, towels cost extra, the sauna costs extra, and even the hot tub costs more after paying for the sauna. The hotel never felt warm or comfortable to us. The layout is a maze, and for this kind of money there are much better places in the area. If it had youth hostel prices, I wouldn't complain.

The personal ski locker, which you open with your room key, was unlike anything I've experienced before. Staff across every department were attentive and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were especially good. Both meals had a buffet, which would have been plenty on its own, but there was also a breakfast menu with about five choices and another four courses at dinner. It's among the best four-star hotels I've stayed in. I'd definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

Breakfast was very good, with quality products and a nice selection. The juicer was a favorite. Service was very direct. The spa was relaxing and well kept, though I would have loved a jacuzzi. We had a very pleasant weekend at Hotel Antares while attending the Olympics. The location really stood out: being so close to the ski lifts made getting around easy and stress-free, even on a busy weekend. Comfortable stay, and a solid choice for skiing or events in the area.

We loved staying here for our winter adventures, and the staff were great. A special mention for Kenny, the cleaner on our floor. She was incredibly friendly and did a great job every day.

It was a clean room with a nice view, and even though Building B was a little far, the back entrance and elevator made it manageable. On my first trip to Italy, I stayed here for my honeymoon. I’m not fluent in Italian or English, but the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The issue was the elderly breakfast manager on our first morning. I had given the clerk my room number at check-in, but while we were eating he shouted at our group, telling me to give their room number. That didn’t feel like a kind way to handle it. He denied it, but I felt it was racist. The next day there was no problem, but I wish they had been more careful.
