We stopped for lunch just off the beginner slopes. Lots of ski instructors eat here, and I loved the zuppa di fagioli, bean soup with a leek dumpling.

A really clean hotel with a more than adequate boot room, right on the slopes. It’s family-run, with lovely staff and a quality restaurant serving great meals from breakfast through dinner.

Everything was easy and well organized, from things around the hotel to the shuttle van for the slopes. The staff seemed to enjoy working together, and guests made for a friendly mix of nationalities. We thought the hotel was good value, with excellent food and genuinely helpful, friendly service. The spa was nice. My one small wish is that the jacuzzi had been a little warmer, since it felt somewhat cold. We’d gladly come back and recommend it.

After skiing, we were hungry and exhausted, and this restaurant turned out to be far better than we expected. The food was so delicious that we returned the next day and may go again before we leave. Desserts were just as good. The place was spotless, the bathroom fresh and clean, and the service was great too.
