Hotel Sun Valley

The tub was lukewarm, not a hot tub. There’s also a nightclub about 100m down the street, open until 2AM, so good luck sleeping. The ownership was incredibly rude. We spent $4000 and still had to switch rooms halfway through our stay, which is unheard of to me. The owner said this was “standard practice since I used booking.com.” BE AWARE! I’m not coming back, and it wasn’t worth the money. After reading the response: #1, I never asked for any “refund.” Any claim that I requested one is false. #2, having to change rooms mid-stay was the main reason for my complaint, but the response didn’t address it. #3, it referred instead to some category. I know what I purchased, and that did not include having to change rooms halfway through. #4, it completely admits that reservations made through a third party, or anyone other than the owners directly, will be treated as secondary. Be aware if you book that way.

We came back after 6 years and found Sun Valley even better than before. The recent remodeling has taken it up another level. The service, food, and atmosphere were all the best, and we were so happy with our stay. It’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, and the food is five stars plus. Thanks to family Nogler and staff for everything. Highly recommend.

The room was incredibly spacious, the food gourmet, and the location great. Staff were friendly and professional, but still had a family feel. There’s also a nice sauna and relaxation room that made the stay memorable. It’s a perfect hotel. See you next year.

The food was a particular highlight for us. The staff were very friendly, and one of them met us at the car park and walked us to reception. Great hotel.
