We loved unwinding in the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi after long days out exploring and walking. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected, with three balconies and lovely views. It’s spotless, thoughtfully put together, and has a well-equipped kitchen plus a separate living and TV room. There’s a grocery store nearby, and the host was really welcoming and nice. It’s also a great base for exploring the western Dolomites. We’d happily come back and recommend it. A streaming option like Netflix or a few more English-language entertainment channels would be a nice addition.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel’s location gives you lovely views and plenty of places to eat, while keeping away from outside noise. It’s also close to the slopes and town centre. The place was exceptionally clean, the spa was superb, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Parking is a little limited, though it shouldn’t be much trouble for an average or more confident driver. I even got to see the owners’ cat, Yuki, in the lobby, which was a nice little moment.

We’ve been coming here to ski for 14 years, and the apartments are roomy. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a great mountain view. There’s a supermarket, shops, and several really good restaurants close by, and we enjoy the spa every day after exercising. It would be helpful to have towels available in the spa. Also, carrying your skis for 200 metres is a bit of a struggle. Next year we’ll book a locker at the gondola.

The apartment feels spacious and modern, with sturdy furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and high-quality bathrooms. The place is very clean, and the staff are friendly. Getting into the ski lockers is quick, with enough room there. Looking forward to trying the sauna and pool.

We had a booking issue because booking.com cancelled our reservation without us realizing. The hotel kindly gave us a room at the same rate we’d booked months earlier, which we really appreciated. It’s a very nice hotel.
