The staff were friendly, and our renovated one-room apartment with a balcony felt very cosy. The centre of Selva is a great spot, with the bus stop about a five-minute walk away and the nearest grocery store just 100 metres away. The room price includes the Val Gardena Guest Pass for public transport. There’s a spacious parking garage, with one space for each apartment.

The apartment’s size impressed me straight away, and I liked it more as the week with my family went on. The staff were very nice and ready to answer questions or offer recommendations. It’s well placed for trails, public transport, a grocery store, and more. Having laundry on site was a big plus, and there’s also an exercise room and sauna in the building. I definitely recommend this residence for a stay of any length.

Our six days in the cosy room were perfect, and the staff were very friendly. There was an issue with the balcony door, which they fixed quickly. They also offered to move us to another room, but we stayed because the problem didn’t bother us and we really liked our room. A perfect place. We’ll visit again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and everything we needed was nearby. The rooms are cosy, with plenty of closet space, and the balcony view is wonderful. It’s a really great place in a lovely location. We highly recommend it!

We had a spacious apartment and a balcony that was lovely for relaxing in the evening and looking out at the Sella mountain range. The residence is in a perfect spot in Selva, and the family running it were very nice and always helpful.
