We spent a week here in summer and had an amazing time escaping big city life. It’s a good choice if you’re after quiet and a pleasant view. There are lots of places to see nearby, plus plenty of cycling routes and roads for motorbikes.

The setting is beautiful, the location is good, and the owner is very kind. The house was clean, well equipped and stayed at a very comfortable temperature even in early August. Try their own olive oil, it’s the best I’ve ever tasted!

We spent the Christmas holidays at Podere Poggio Benedetto and had a wonderful stay. Nature surrounds this enchanting property, which is just minutes from the Saturnia hot springs. The farm is peaceful and a lovely place to unwind in the Tuscan countryside. The owners welcomed us warmly and were always attentive and available. Our spacious rooms were clean and carefully maintained, with furnishings that combined rustic style and elegance. The Christmas atmosphere felt truly magical. We’d definitely repeat the experience and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, rejuvenating stay. Rating: 10/10!

The grounds were clean and well looked after, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace. We got a very warm welcome with our campervan, stayed overnight in it and were allowed to use the bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We highly recommend it.

From January 3, 2023, to January 9, 2023, we stayed in La Stalla, one of the two apartments at "Podere Poggio Benedetto" in Fibbianello – Semproniano. We were young people returning from Gaeta, and found ourselves surrounded by olive trees and hills that seemed to cradle us. Honestly, it was spectacular, absolutely spectacular. The rustic house felt like a clean, functional fairytale, with all the comforts we needed and more. The bedrooms were furnished and equipped well, with independent heating. There was a fireplace in the living room/kitchen, plus everything needed to cook lunches and dinners at home. Outside, the fabulous porch has a solid wood table and benches, a barbecue, and everything you’d need in spring or summer. In the morning, deer, fallow deer and other wild animals roam freely nearby. It’s an exceptional property, and the owners were always available and present. We also tried the olive oil kept in the kitchen. Definitely a place to repeat.
