That second stay at Casa Addis somehow felt even more special than the first. Claudia and her husband welcomed us like familiar faces, and you can tell how much care they put into all the little details. Our room was spotless and had a lovely view, just as before. Breakfast brought plenty of fresh, genuine options for different tastes. The warm, family-like atmosphere is what makes it feel so restful, much more than just a B&B. We’re already looking forward to coming back. It’s easy to recommend if you want to feel at home.

There’s a real feeling of calm here, and the owners, Chiara and Matteo, made the stay especially pleasant. They’re welcoming without hovering, and gave us useful ideas for places to visit and eat. Following one of their suggestions led us to excellent seafood at a very fair price. Our room was lovely, with a sea view, and Chiara greeted us right by the parking area when we arrived. The property is new, beautifully looked after, and sits on a hill at the end of a narrow lane lined with olive trees, with the sea and hills around it. Matteo tends the grounds and made many of the wooden pieces himself. Breakfast was generous, and served at the time we asked. My wife and I visited in April, and came away impressed by their work and the peaceful setting.

We had a really pleasant stay, and Chiara and her family were warm and helpful, including with our four-legged guests. The place is beautiful and in a hard-to-beat location, with lovely, inviting spaces kept in immaculate condition. Our room had its own separate entrance. Breakfast was just right, with plenty of variety, good quality food, and careful preparation. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

I’ve traveled to the Marche for work for years, and this is one of the loveliest places I’ve come across. Casa Addis carries traces of Chiara and Matteo’s time in Ethiopia, where they had worked in hospitality before returning with a story to tell. They’ve turned a farmhouse in the hills above Senigallia into a quiet, beautiful retreat among olive trees, with the sea on the horizon. The rooms and bathrooms are finished with care, and breakfast includes homemade cakes and focaccia alongside local cold cuts and cheeses. The sea view in the morning is striking, and clearly something they planned with patience and feeling. It’s the kind of place where you feel at home.
