For what this hotel costs, it should be able to provide an iron at any time. I asked for one on the first evening because I needed to go out, but was told it couldn't be provided that late and that I should ask early in the morning when the housekeeper was there. I couldn't iron my clothes, which was a real disappointment. The breakfast was also very, very poor for a four-star hotel, not good at all. I had read another review raising the breakfast issue ten years ago, and it seems management still hasn't improved it. The room itself was good and the location great, though it was noisy, something they can't do much about given the location. The staff were fine, but could have been friendlier. I wouldn't rate this as a four-star hotel, and I'm not a happy customer.

The staff were very nice, and the rooms were spacious enough, clean, and quiet at night. The building is a little old, but overall I'd recommend it.

The stay was perfectly fine. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. Service and housekeeping were both more than adequate.

Lidl is close by, and the staff are nice. The location works well, though the internet cuts out sometimes. The pillows are so hard they could fend off someone trying to get into your room.

The view was lovely, and everything was clean. We were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome.
