The beds are good quality, and the apartments have nearly everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay with Mr. Marco from December 24th to 27th. There were seven of us in two apartments, both spacious, clean, and equipped for a comfortable, welcoming visit. He's a wonderful person, polite and very kind. We've fallen in love with Sermoneta and need to try the spa, so we'll be seeing him again very soon. See you soon!

The spa was lovely, clean, and well organized, with a Turkish bath, sauna, hot tub, and a relaxation area. The place itself is charming and peaceful, with a breathtaking view, and the owner was genuinely kind and helpful. Highly recommended, and I'd definitely come back.

We don't recommend this apartment. It was a complete rip-off. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a very large living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen. Those are the positives. The living room was freezing in October. Before booking, we specifically asked whether the heating was available and working. The landlord said it couldn't be turned on until the end of November, after having told us otherwise. That was the first time we were lied to. The kitchen was filthy: the dishes and counters hadn't been cleaned. The bathrooms were tiny, and one smelled terrible the whole time. Water ran for hours. The cleanliness was disgusting. The couch was sticky, covered in food scraps, and had a previous tenant's shirt between the cushions. There's no balcony for this apartment, though the ones belonging to other apartments are right above it. Those other units seemed to be used for parties. Guests partied into the early hours over the weekend, so we couldn't sleep. Even during the week, there wasn't much peace, with Italian Air Force maneuvers right outside the bedroom window. A fighter jet roaring past at 7 a.m. is not pleasant. Parking is available and you get a permit, but there are hardly any spaces on the narrow street. You need a very small, narrow car to park there, if you can find a spot. The neighbors even called the landlord when we briefly stopped in front of the house to unload. The sauna and pool cost extra. We decided against the pool because the apartment was already so filthy and unhygienic. Don't book this place.
