Mrs. Gina was so kind and attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the accommodation was clean and very well cared for. I’d definitely come back.

The landscapes, food, and atmosphere around the villa make this place special. Tuscany feels like a one of a kind area of Italy, and Manager Gina is a big part of what makes the spot unique. I highly recommend it. You should visit and experience for yourself how wonderful it is.

The garden is beautiful, and animals wander around. Our kids loved them, and my son will miss the dog Paco. We stayed with our two children and found the place a little paradise. The owner is so kind and puts lots of love into the place. She makes delicious cakes for breakfast, and the pool was great for the kids. The rooms were cleaned every day, which we didn’t need, but it was still very thoughtful. We had an amazing stay, better than we expected.

The host was very sweet, and the garden is beautiful, but the stay was a bad experience for me. There were large flying bugs all over the bed and bathroom. I know they were said to be harmless, but they made me very uncomfortable. They were easy to see, and I managed to remove most of them myself. The room smelled awful, probably because of the bugs. The pillow had a horrible feet-like smell, and even if the sheets might have been fresh, that pillow clearly needed replacing. The mattress was much too old and soft. Breakfast wasn't anything special and didn't seem fresh, mostly packaged products, apart from a boiled egg and a few basic fruits like an apple, banana, and kiwi. The breakfast room was terribly cold, and I saw other guests had the same experience outside summer. The mini fridge in the room was very loud, though you can unplug it if you don't need it. We couldn't really communicate about the stay or the house because the host only spoke Italian. A small welcome booklet in English with basic information would help. I feel sorry for the smiling host, but knowing about these issues would have changed my decision to book. It definitely wasn't a bargain.
