Alessandra was a big help during our work stay at Casa Outlet 4 in Serravalle Scrivia. The apartment is welcoming and nicely designed, and it’s easy to reach with plenty of amenities nearby. Some things do need updating, apparently because past guests have been rude and careless with other people’s property. Thanks, and see you next time.

The owner is friendly, there’s parking, and the Serravalle Outlet is close by. Just be aware that there’s no elevator, so luggage is a hassle, and the train tracks right beside the place often wake me in the early hours. There’s no air conditioning either, though it cools off after sunset and isn’t terribly hot.

We were five, two adults and three children, and spent three nights here. The apartment was clean and tidy, with everything we needed, and the owner was very kind and shared lots of useful tips for our short holiday. We had a great time. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.
