The host was very nice, and the Seravalle outlet is close, about 6-8 minutes by car, though not walkable. Those were the main advantages. Parking is free but comes with lots of restrictions, and you can’t park at certain hours on Monday, Sunday, and Tuesday. The property is more like an Airbnb in a residential building on level 2, with no lift. The neighborhood felt very sketchy, and the corridor was super dark. We had to carry five big suitcases up two flights of stairs, since the ground floor starts at level 0. There’s no air conditioning, which was unbearable in Italy’s 30-degree summer heat, and we only got one fan to share. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or neighborhood. I’d stay in another city nearer the outlet, or make it a day trip from Milan or Genova.

The apartments were spotless and well looked after, and the owner was very friendly. Air conditioning is needed urgently!
