The location is hard to beat, just 4 meters from the ski lift connecting to the 3 Zinnen ski area. There’s a shop, pizzeria, and café close by. Apartment No. 2 has a terrace, and the furniture is stylish and antique. Inside, there are two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a refrigerator, washing machine, and temperature control. The main downsides for us were that the ski area is small and cold. Our apartment also had no microwave, and the hallways and terraces lacked lighting.

The apartment itself was really nice, but I was a little disappointed by the customer service. Having to pay extra for towels on a six-night stay didn’t feel very welcoming. Some hand soap would have been appreciated, and an extra toilet roll would have been reassuring, even though there was enough paper. There was a washing machine in the bathroom, which was a nice surprise, but no detergent, so it wasn’t much use. If guests are expected to sort their rubbish, someone could explain how instead of just leaving a garbage bag. For a stay of only a few days, buying these little things made it feel a bit like camping. Maybe they’ve had bad experiences, I don’t know. I realize some of this may be more than you can expect, but those small touches would make the place feel more welcoming and customer-friendly. Then it would be five stars.
