Bad Moos - Dolomites Spa Resort

The spa and both the indoor and outdoor pools are special, with something to win over even the pickiest guest. Charly also organizes excursions that are well worth doing. The food was amazing for both quality and variety, and Ferdinando’s cocktails at the bar were incredible. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. My brother-in-law stayed here last summer and loved it, so he suggested it for our skiing week. Bad Moos is perfectly placed right at the foot of the slopes and cabin lifts. Nicolò gave us a warm welcome, showed us to our lovely room, and explained all the things the hotel offers. Choosing Bad Moos was the best gift we could give ourselves and our family.

The evenings at Bad Moos became one of my favourite parts of the stay, thanks to the bar and Ferdinand’s excellent service. He clearly loves his work, and makes cocktails with real care and skill. He was always smiling, friendly, and welcoming, and his positive energy made it easy to feel in a good mood. The bar itself is beautifully designed and cosy, a lovely place to unwind after a day in the mountains. My stay at Bad Moos Dolomites Spa Resort was unforgettable and went beyond what I expected. The hotel brings together elegance, comfort, and a relaxing alpine atmosphere that made me feel special from the start. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for warm, high-quality service and memorable moments. I’d happily return and recommend it.

The spa was spotless, and Beatrice and Layla were fantastic (sorry if I’ve got the spelling wrong). Ferdinando is THE best bar manager, and the service always comes with a smile. The whole hotel, its staff, and the food were incredible. We’ll definitely be back, and the skiing was awesome too.

We’ve stayed here five times now, always for at least a week, and it feels like coming home. The rooms are lovely, and everyone is so friendly. The outdoor spa pool is warm, well cared for, and looks out over the nearby peaks. Charlie and Francesca’s sauna sessions are something special, especially the “aromatic dances” in the Valentine sauna, with the church and Dolomites in view. We also love spending time in the hotel bar, before or after dinner. Ferdinando and Alessio make all sorts of drinks with care, a smile, and a joke. The evenings there with friends and their children, playing games and laughing, are memories we’ll always treasure. Dinner is exquisite, and David, the sommelier, knows the wine list inside out. There’s a wonderful selection, mostly local and not expensive.
