Park Palace

It feels like being in an old movie, and the place is stunning. Such a lovely little gem for relaxing near the city's hustle and bustle. Great for walking, and the buses are fab if walking isn't your thing. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and lovely.

This calm oasis worked perfectly for our Florence visit, in a quiet area that suited us. The hotel is immaculately clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. They also gave us great suggestions for places to eat and visit. Breakfast had a wide range of options. It's only a few minutes by bus from the center, with the stop right outside and two main lines running through the area, so service is frequent.

The room was spacious, very clean, and in lovely condition, with classic old-style furnishings. The staff were pleasant and made the stay feel high-end, and breakfast was great. The photos don't do the place justice, it's bigger and more beautiful in person. The one downside is that the surroundings and the view aren't as nice as at some similar hotels nearby.

We stayed at Park Palace Hotel from Friday to Sunday during our visit to Florence last week, and it was a very pleasant stay. The villa is beautiful and comfortable, with lovely decor. Breakfasts were amazing, and the local staff were very nice and polite. It's close enough to walk to the center in about 30 minutes, and the view from the windows was nice. Facing away from the nearby main road, it was quite calm. The walls are thin, though: a couple in the next room had a lovely night and woke us up. Still, we enjoyed our stay and had a very positive impression. Next time we're in Florence, we'll skip living downtown and stay in the beautiful old Park Palace villa again. Thanks, and see you next time :)
