The WiFi was the only good part. The place smelled damp, the bathroom was disgusting and so tiny it was hard to move around, and there was no fridge or safe. There's no air conditioning either, just a fan that barely works. The listing was misleading: parking wasn't free, and the supposed breakfast was coffee you had to pay for and maybe a biscuit with cornflakes. When we arrived, nobody was there to let us in. We waited until someone called back, and finding the place inside the building was confusing. There still weren't any workers to help, just keys left outside the door, which felt unsafe. When staff did show up, they were unfriendly and no help at all. I wouldn't stay here. Spend a bit more somewhere nicer.

Great location. The room was small, but the price was reasonable.

The location is the sole upside, close enough to walk to the station. The place is poor quality for what it costs. Entry is by code, so anyone can come through the main door, and the keys are left hanging on the front door. There seems to be no staff at all. The bathroom is practically nonexistent, with no shower and just a small window onto the roof. The room is under the roof, right by the pigeons.

I had a lovely time during my four-night stay, and even brought my dog along. This small hotel is in central Florence, just steps from the train station and Ponte Vecchio. The owner was very kind, and prices are genuinely competitive. It was clean, everyone was courteous, and the varied breakfast had good products. I'd recommend it.
