The owners created such a friendly, cosy feel, and the staff added thoughtful little touches that made a difference. Our room was cleaned every day, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. It’s a lovely, quiet spot for a family hotel. Everything felt just right. Thanks for a very pleasant week!

Hotel Holzer is a great example of what makes a family run place special. The care felt personal and heartfelt in a way you don’t get from a big corporate hotel. We were there with three families and some very energetic children under 10, and Nicole and family had lots of activities ready for them. They even sang happy birthday to my son at dinner without being asked, after learning his birthday had been the day before we arrived. We also have several major dietary restrictions, and they were extremely accommodating. Families dealing with allergies can feel safe here. We’ve already told Nicole we’ll be back next year. See you in 2024, Hotel Holzer family.
