The hotel’s weekly hike was both enjoyable and informative, and I felt safe the whole way. Alessandra was a great guide, professional and attentive, with lots of interesting knowledge to share. I was especially glad she provided spikes for the icy parts, they made a real difference. I appreciated her support and positive attitude.

The rooms are large and super clean, and the spa and infinity pool are very good. It’s also remarkably quiet, so I really got to rest. The service was unbelievable, every request was met without a no, and the attention to detail shows even though the outside isn’t fancy. I can see why it has 5 stars and nearly a 10 rating on Booking. The dinner is a five-course affair that looks incredible, but the focus seems more on presentation than on taste and how the dishes fit together.

I booked three nights at the last minute after a bad stay at another nearby hotel, and it turned into a lovely experience. The food was beautifully presented, with a nice mix of traditional and modern. Service was excellent, and I loved the yoga 'pod'. Very good value for what you get.

A good choice for wellness, hiking, or skiing. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, while the 3/4 board is what you'd expect of a 5-Star hotel. Dinner was tasty and the service was friendly and quick. The wellness facilities are nice, though spread across three connected buildings. Don't miss the “Aufguss” in the event panoramic sauna. They also have electric car charging at a decent price. Drinks are the one real downside, they're extremely overpriced. I paid 6,50€ for the most expensive Apfelschorle I've ever had, and half a bottle of wine was 28€. Still, I'd recommend the place.
