The mountain views were the first thing that made our stay special, with the scenery right there from the windows each morning. Obersanterhof also has a lovely apartment: roomy, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. We felt at home from the start. The hosts were warm and helpful, and happy to share what they know about the area. We also enjoyed the fresh local products available on site. A wonderful place where comfort and genuine hospitality go together.

We were welcomed so warmly, and I slept better than I can remember sleeping anywhere. We visited in October 2021 and had a dream of a stay. Breakfast was small in selection but really good, and they arranged gluten-free bread for me. The sauna was lovely too. We’ll definitely come back, and I’d happily recommend it.

Our daughter loved the little outdoor seating area by the entrance, especially the toys. The owners were friendly and helpful, and there are traditional and home-grown products for sale. The apartment was warm, spotless, and carefully set up, even with children’s cutlery and dishes. The common rooms were just as comfortable. There’s a relaxation room with hay beds, a Turkish bath, and herbal teas, which you need to reserve. Breakfast can be served to your room, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful Immaculate Conception long weekend and hope to return.

The spot beside the stream is lovely, with beautiful views of the Sexten mountains, and the bus connections make it easy to get around. It’s a great setting for a quiet break. This was our second visit to Obersanter Hof. The welcome feels like arriving at a friend’s home, and we quickly felt at ease. The apartment was very clean and furnished with care. We’ll be back.

We felt completely at home thanks to the warm hospitality, and we’re sure to return. Our apartment had a balcony looking toward Tre Cime di Lavaredo. We ordered the breakfast basket with the hotel’s own organic products several times and were very pleased. The infrared sauna followed by time on the hay bed was lovely too.
