We spent a weekend here and were out skiing most of the time, so the small rooms were fine, and they were comfortable. The meals were tasty and generous, and the service was really nice.

When we arrived for our one-night stay, the two rooms we’d booked smelled bad and were small. The staff were so rude. We decided to switch hotels and asked for our money back, but they refused. After finding a great hotel, we called Nuovo Park to ask if we could have lunch there since we’d paid a lot of money. They hung up, and when we called again, they said we’d have to pay for lunch.

The room we got was from the 70s, even though we’d booked one like the photo. They smiled and told us it was the same room. I don’t think it was.

Just by Sestola center, this is a very nice hotel with a pool, spa, and a luxurious garden.
