Everything tasted so good. The tagliatelle with mushrooms were incredible, and the fried mushrooms were a must-order. The waiters were really kind and let us order one dish at a time, so we could enjoy all of them. After dinner, they treated us to a little of their cakes and liquors. The "archibugio" was so, so good. Highly recommended!

The place is set in a tiny village that’s cared for beautifully, and inside it’s clean and very well kept. I noticed a lot of attention to detail, from the lighting indoors and out to the new bathrooms. The location is wonderful. The food was very, very good, with Tradizione Emiliana dishes ranging from tortellini in brodo to desserts with wild red fruits picked the day before. They specialize in mushrooms and truffle when they’re in season, which felt like another sign of care. It’s a medium to large restaurant, but service was still quick and on point, well away from the tourist trap kind of place. The lady serving us brought a sense of tradition, and the other waiter was extremely kind and helpful. He let us choose freely, even when what we wanted wasn’t exactly listed on the menu. The staff left us very pleased. The desserts and liquors were awesome, though I couldn’t drink at the time, so that part is based on what my girlfriend said.

Excellent food and service in a great location. A place to go if you’re in the area. It can get busy, so I recommend booking a table.

I’m afraid this may be the best food experience I’ve ever had. The cooking was a really interesting blend of granny’s traditional recipes and a high cuisine twist. The ingredients were top quality, everything was cooked just right, and the service was wonderful. The dishes that won me over were the antipasto fungi misti, tagliatelle al cinghiale, and crema di mascarpone!
