Clara went out of her way to make sure I was okay after I accidentally left my wallet behind at checkout. She made a real effort to find me and return it safely, and I’m very grateful for her honesty and initiative. Sabreena noticed the forgotten wallet and alerted me right away, which saved me a lot of trouble. The rooms at Whatshouse were clean and comfortable, and the location made getting around easy, just three metro stops from the Colosseum station. The staff’s care and service really stood out. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

We loved being away from the usual tourist route and felt like locals, with restaurants everywhere to choose from. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the place was lovely and clean. Someone met us as we came up from the Metro since it was dark and a bit confusing. In daylight it was easy to find, though I didn’t feel comfortable walking around alone in the evening after my cooking course at Eataly.

The owner was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help make our stay a good one. The apartment is in a great spot and has everything you might need. I’d happily come back. Highly recommended.

There was mold on the walls and the place was dirty. We also had to share the apartment with strangers, which wasn’t mentioned in the booking description. Never again.
