If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to think twice before booking. The room was very clean and had modern amenities, but this guesthouse is a converted apartment. Its living room is now a shared kitchen and dining area that guests can use at any time. During our stay, people often gathered there to chat late at night, making it hard to get proper sleep. Not knowing when the noise would start or stop was especially difficult. Other than that, I had no complaints. There’s no one at the guesthouse to welcome you. Check-in and the steps for unlocking the doors are handled through an app.

I really liked being able to have an Italian breakfast at the bar downstairs on the street. The rooms are roomy, bright, and have what you need, and the cleanliness was better than at some similar places I’ve stayed. Great value for the money, and I’d happily come back.

The rooms were comfortable, and the location was the best part.

The two women on staff were so friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was extremely clean, too. It’s easy to get to the historic sights from here, and the Vatican is a ten-minute walk away. We had a great stay.

Coffee was ready for us in the morning, which I loved. The rooms and common area were clean and modern, and it’s an easy walk to the Vatican and the Metro. We had a great stay and I’d definitely come back.
