The place was very noisy, so light sleepers should think twice. The room was supposed to be cleaned daily, but it wasn't, and I had to ask. There was only one cup for two people. The bed and breakfast listing was misleading. We only got a coffee and croissant, which we had to walk down the street to collect, and nobody explained that when we arrived. I had to ask another guest. The pool and spa were listed too, but nobody told us about them at check-in, and we never saw them since the front desk man was hardly there. They should think about their wording. They promised too much and delivered too little.

Restaurants are right on the doorstep, and the location worked well for visiting the sights. It's about 15 minutes from the Colosseum and 30 minutes from Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The two-bedroom apartment is in a beautiful old building, just a seven-minute walk from Termini station. It has a large kitchen-diner and living room.

The shower wouldn't drain properly, the mattresses were uncomfortable, the safe was broken, and the TV remote didn't work. There was no housekeeping, and the service was terrible. Never stay there.

A fantastic place to stay, close to Termini Station and several attractions. Highly recommended!

It was cheap and clean, but you get what you pay for.
