Frattina Rooms

A six-room guesthouse with rooms that feel hotel quality, plus a comfortable bed and all the toiletries you need. The rooms were clean and nicely equipped, and the price was great. You can walk to everything nearby, including the Spanish Steps and the shopping area, so no need to buy multiple metro tickets. The only thing to sort out is early check-out; then it’d be perfect.

I’m writing for my mother, whose stay at Frattina Rooms turned into a nightmare. She paid in advance for a driver to take her to the airport, but when it was time to leave, nobody showed up. She waited and tried to reach client services. When they finally replied, they apologized and said the driver was sick, but no one had told her this beforehand. The worst part was trying to get the money back. For weeks we were sent in circles and asked for the SWIFT and IBAN details, which we provided. More than two months later, the refund still hasn’t arrived. We want an apology and a prompt refund. Like another reviewer, my mother was charged for something she never used. I don’t like leaving one-star reviews, but all the trouble caused by these people led me to write one.

The rooms are spacious, modern, new, and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The Spanish Steps are close by, as is pretty much everything else. If you want a prime location at a reasonable price, I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything!

The rooms were cozy and clean, the staff were very friendly, and the view was excellent. My one reservation is the doors: they need to be replaced with soundproof ones, since you can hear everything outside. Apart from that, it’s an excellent choice.
