The check-in and check-out were easy and seamless, and having someone onsite made things feel more personal than a code-only setup. We liked the coffee station and kettle in the shared area, too. Though we shared the space with other guests, our room still felt private. The locked doors and physical keys alongside the codes were reassuring. It was convenient for Termini, while the place itself felt quiet, safe, and comfortable. The only small drawback was the woman managing arrivals and departures being right outside our room, which sometimes made privacy feel a little limited. She was friendly and helpful, though. We had a lovely stay and would gladly recommend it.

Ms. Wang greeted us with a warm smile each morning and made us feel at home. The rooms were spotless and roomy enough for a comfortable visit. Before we arrived, the owner sent clear directions and all the information we needed, so everything went smoothly. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily come back. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were kind, friendly, and quick to help whenever I needed anything. They even left free wine in the room, which made the stay feel even nicer. Smart BNB is right in the heart of things, close to termini, restaurants, and Santa Maria Church, so it was a great base for my trip. The property has been recently renovated, and everything feels new, modern, and spotless. The old Google Maps photos no longer show what it looks like now. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.

A quiet room, thanks to windows that kept the outside noise out, and a friendly host. Breakfast was great, too. The place is close to the train and metro station, making it a really good spot to stay in Rome.

The room was tidy and quiet, with its own bathroom, and we had a great time. Isabella welcomed us, showed us around, and explained the locks. She also gave us a Rome map and directions to the main spots. She asked what we liked for breakfast and when we planned to come down.
