We weren’t sure whether we’d rented an apartment or a hotel room. The place was just okay, maybe a little below that. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the staff barely spoke English. We kept getting sent to Residents Palace 2, and even the taxi the hotel ordered made the same mistake. There were no cleaning supplies in the room. Everything was at reception, for an extra charge. The game room and gym were badly equipped, and a pool game cost 2 e, which was ridiculous for a kids table. We were unhappy with the stay and left three days early.

Everything we needed for a relaxing week was in the room, and every staff member was so friendly. We had a great week at the Palace Sestriere.

The rooms were comfortable, well equipped, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were pleasant. Just be aware that the upper floors don’t get a Wi-Fi signal.

The location worked really well, close to both the center and the slopes, and the apartment had plenty of space for three of us. It was clean and very well equipped, with pots, pans, dishes, towels, and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. I had a really good time at Residence Palace 1 and can’t recommend it enough.
