Apart from the ski-in/ski-out location, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The family room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the first day, as if someone had been smoking inside, and every night the smell became unbearable. We complained repeatedly, but staff did nothing useful. They sent cleaners, which was pointless, ignored my request to change rooms, and management never gave a proper response. By day three, I could clearly tell the smoke was coming from the neighboring room. Smoking was supposedly forbidden, but the hotel didn’t enforce the rules. I barely slept for the whole stay. Breakfast was poorly organized, with cheap plastic cups and tables that hadn’t even been set. The ski room smelled damp and moldy and had terrible facilities. This ruined what should have been a great ski holiday. Poorly managed and not worth the money. Avoid.

The linked villages were beautiful, and the ski area was easy to get around with plenty of options for everyone. The kids and adults both had a blast on this incredible ski trip. Absolutely loved it!

The location is good and reception staff were nice, but the buffet staff were unhelpful and racist. Equipment rental staff talked about us behind our backs, as if we couldn’t speak Italian. The beds were uncomfortable, and breakfast and dinner were bad. Avoid this hotel, and stay somewhere more central for easier access to the chair lift.

The gym was the one frustrating part, a man kept making us leave. Still, I loved the lounging area, especially the table tennis table, and the rooms and food were very good. The performers were the best I've ever seen. Best hotel I've ever been to!!!!!

The food was great, and it was easy to walk into town. The skiing was right on the doorstep too. Brilliant place to stay.
