I don't have any photos to share, but this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and took the time to make sure they answered our questions properly. Breakfast was delicious, and the team there were just as helpful. A big hello to Robert in the breakfast room. He was proud of making people happy and getting to know new friends.

The restaurant food was good, and the hotel is an easy ten-minute walk from the town center. That's close enough to get around easily, while far enough away to keep things quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms aren't luxurious, but they have everything you need. My only small gripe was that breakfast didn't really impress.

It had an elegant, vintage feel, but was very clean. The staff were lovely and took care of things like allergies. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the bar served a wide range of cocktails. Highly recommend it for a stay in Siena.

Siena is a delight, and staying in such a comfortable, stylish hotel made the visit even better. I loved my stay. The restaurant served delicious food at both breakfast and dinner, and Robert and his crew were attentive and understanding. Every staff member we met was polite, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

We had drinks at the bar, where the bartender was friendly and great to chat with. Matteo at the front desk made us feel very welcome at check-in, and everyone else was friendly too. Our room was spacious and very clean. The included breakfast went beyond what I expected. We stayed at Hotel Athena recently and wished we could have stayed longer. I'd definitely come back!
