The staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. Getting anywhere was difficult, though. There are no usable sidewalks, so we had to take taxis everywhere. We’d hoped to use the pool, but it was empty and unfinished. The toilet was right in front of the shower, so to sit properly I had to open the shower doors and put my feet inside. The thermostat only blew cold air, and I couldn’t turn it off unless we opened the window. Other than that, it was a very nice place.

Maddalena went out of her way to get us into a room quickly even though we arrived early. She also found us forks and knives for lunch after we’d forgotten ours at home. The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful, and it’s a nice hotel. We recommend it. Claire & Alexis

Linda at reception really shaped my impression of Siena. She made sure we had clear directions and understood how to get around town, and I felt warmly welcomed. The room is basic but does the job, especially for the price. If you’re driving around Tuscany, the location is handy: it’s about a 7-10 minute drive from the parking lot near Siena’s town center.

The free parking was great, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. It had a king-size bed, a mini fridge, outlets everywhere, a TV, and WiFi. The soundproofing was excellent too. The bathroom was large, with a great shower and a shaving mirror. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were amazing. Siena center is a 25-minute walk away, or you can take the bus for 1,50 Euros. Excellent room and location.
