The staff made our honeymoon stay in Siena even better. They were warm and thoughtful, and seemed to care about helping us, not just doing their job. At breakfast they checked that we were happy with the food, and they helped with taxis, plans, and local advice whenever we needed it. Maria Luisa was the person we saw most, and a young woman and a friendly young man helped us a few times too. On the day we left, which was my wife's birthday, Maria Luisa had a lovely gift for her. Such a sweet gesture. We loved the beautiful hotel, the views, and how easy it was to get around. It's centrally located, so we could walk everywhere and get back to our room quickly. We also felt safe walking around. Staying here was a great choice for our honeymoon. Thanks to the whole team for taking such good care of us.

The staff made us feel like family, and I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a spectacular view. This lovely old palace has rooms, beds, pillows, and sheets that are all wonderful, and you can tell the details were done with care. There are only six rooms, which makes the experience of Siena even more charming. I promised myself I'd come back in spring. 🔝💯❤️

We hated having to leave this lovely little hotel in Siena. The views from Room 6 and the bar balcony were stunning, and everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Siena.

Our travel agent talked us out of canceling our three nights in Siena, and I'm so glad we listened. We fell in love with the city. It felt like stepping back in time. We didn't go inside any other cathedrals, just walked past them, and enjoyed the restaurants and the wine club across the street from the hotel. The hotel staff were some of the best we've met: friendly, quick, efficient, and full of useful directions and advice. They called taxis and made sure we had what we needed. It felt like staying at a friend's home in a beautiful city. Definitely recommended. Thanks to Maria, Gabrielle, Conza and Nasline for taking such good care of us!

We loved the buffet breakfast, which had plenty to choose from, and the location was second to none. The staff made us feel at home, and the hotel itself was fantastic. Room 5 had a breathtaking view. We'll be back in years to come.
